Currently, Professor at the College of Health Sciences, Nursing department, University of Sharjah,UAE, 2013-till present , on sabbatical leave from the Faculty of Nursing, University of Alexandria – Egypt. Published nationally and internationally Reviewed manuscript for SAGE Open Supervised 17 Master thesis, 7 Doctoral dissertation Obtained the Best Poster Presentation Award Quality in the 10th, and 11th Emirates Critical Care Conference in Dubai 2014, 2015 Conducted several workshops
